1. Data Collection & Processing Scope
When you visit our digital gallery, we process technical server connection logs necessary for delivering high-performance WebGL assets and high-resolution fine art imagery. This includes IP address, user-agent string, and timestamp data retained in temporary security logs for a maximum of 30 days.
2. Newsletter Subscriptions & Ticketing Data
When subscribing to the Hirarki Dispatch or securing gallery admission passes, email addresses are securely transmitted to our newsletter submission system (or your connected Google Form / Tally integration). Subscription data is processed exclusively to deliver exhibition monographs and ticketing receipts. You may unsubscribe at any time via the one-click link in any email footer.
3. Your Rights Under GDPR (Articles 15–22)
